We would like your Feedback!

Dear Member,

As a result of a recent communication between me, acting on your behalf, and the IAM, I have been invited to attend a Teams meeting to discuss any concerns that we might have with the IAM and how this impacts our relationship with them.

In order for me to properly represent your views I need to know how you feel about the IAM and would like you to tell me what you think they do well and what, if anything, you feel they could do better. Please e-mail me at chair@iampam.org with your views.

Needless to say, all of your replies will be treated in the strictest of confidence and no one will be identified as an individual in my discussions with them.

I hope nothing in this email appears as though I am trying to cause disaffection. I am not. I would genuinely like to know how you view the IAM and what your expectations are of them. This information will inform my discussion with the IAM in the hope we can improve our future ‘working’ relationship.

In the event I receive no replies, my Teams meeting will be very short as I will simply have to report that you are all happy with everything IAM!
