Notice of AGM – Tuesday 14th April 2026

Dear Member,

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 7:30pm on Tuesday 14th April 2026 at The Hunting Lodge, Cadleigh Ln, Ivybridge PL21 9JN (///website.printouts.rewarding).

If any full member has a contribution to be included in Any Other Business concerning the functioning of the club, it is to be made to the Secretary, Polly Jackson, in writing by 6th April 2026. This can be submitted via email (secretary@iampam.org). Polly’s contact details are also contained within the Notice of AGM.

For information, the Group Chair (Jerry Rogers), Secretary (Polly Jackson) and Treasurer (Guy Mayhew) are required to resign annually. Jerry and Guy are offering themself for re-election. Polly is not standing for re-election.

One third of the committee members are required to retire annually and may offer themselves for re-election.

Polly Jackson (Associate Co-Ordinator) and Phil Stevens (Media) are retiring from the committee and not offering themselves for re-election. The post of Chief Observer is currently vacant.

John Tomlinson (Membership Secretary) and Neil Gardner (Events) are not retiring from the committee and are offering themselves for re-election.

You are reminded, if any Group Full member wishes to stand for election to the committee, you should notify the Group Secretary, Polly Jackson, in writing by 6th April 2026. As stated, Polly’s contact details are within the Notice of the AGM.

Please make every effort to join us for our AGM. It is an important part of the club’s life and provides an opportunity for us to meet each other and share ideas. As an added incentive, a buffet will be provided free of charge!
