All Day Ride – Sunday 7th June 2026

This Sunday’s all day ride will be led by Mark Pawson. A volunteer to be Tail End Charlie would be appreciated.

Please meet at St Paul’s Church Car Park, Yelverton (///biggest.firebird.force) from 9.00am ready for a briefing at 9.20am and a prompt 9.30am departure.

For this all day ride we are heading to Dorset. From Yelverton we ride across the moors of Dartmoor before navigating Exeter and then down to Sidmouth before our first stop at Seaton. Onto Lyme Regis, we then head north through rolling hills to Broadwindsor. Turning homeward bound we ride through Blackdown hills where we stop at Dunkeswell Aerodrome for refreshments. We refuel at Crediton before the last section through Tavistock and back to our starting point in Yelverton. The route will cover 175 miles in total so please consider this if you’re planning on attending.

The ride will be conducted in accordance with the IAM’s Group Organised Rides manual. The ride is open to all members. Associates are particularly encouraged to attend as these rides provide a great opportunity to meet fellow members and practice your skills amongst like-minded individuals. This is a social event and not an observed ride.
